I recently sat down with Joanna Oakey from The Deal room podcast and spoke about my experiences in the tough school of hard knocks including my early skirmishes with deal doing.

In the first of a two part series I discuss how I got started, how I sold my first business and what a poor job I did of selling it before moving on to sell my second business and how hiring Oasis in London made a big difference.
